This website uses a "click-to-WhatsApp" booking flow. When you submit the booking form, your browser opens WhatsApp with your appointment details pre-filled as a message — addressed directly to the Clinic's WhatsApp number. The message is only sent once you tap "Send" yourself, inside your own WhatsApp app. At no point does this information pass through, or get stored on, any server or system belonging to our website developer.

7. Sharing of Your Data

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:

• With the treating doctor(s) and clinic staff directly involved in your care, who receive your booking details directly via WhatsApp once you send them
• Where required by Indian law or a valid request from a government authority

Our website developer does not receive, store, or process any patient data submitted through this website — not even briefly. The booking form works by pre-filling a WhatsApp message that you send yourself, directly to the Clinic's WhatsApp number.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Correct or update inaccurate information
• Request erasure of your data once it's no longer needed, subject to healthcare recordkeeping requirements
